Soul of God

 I came to this world,

With a destiny less known,

In a life given by you,

With a belief less shown,

To all the care,

To all the words,

To all the emotions,

To the things you shared,

But you were there,

Each and every time,

To hold when I fell,

To give what I lost,

To console when I was sad,

To pamper when I was happy,

You rendered a heaven,

With all your blessings,

And the love inside you,

Without expectations of return,

You have always been,

A moon in blue,

In the ups and downs,

In the lows and the highs,

In every victory and each defeat,

You stood in each moment through,

Giving me the momentum to pace,

Giving me the stability to face,

The unknown risks in life,

To let me walk,

The trodden paths less traveled,

Mere words are not enough,

To thank you for,

Everything you have done,

Such is the aura,

Of your presence in my life...
